What is the quality of the fabric used in your garments?
We specialize in high-quality, heavyweight cotton and fleece. Most of our products are made from 100% combed cotton or premium blends designed for durability, comfort, and optimal results for screen printing and embroidery.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases. If you are a business or a brand looking to order in large quantities, please contact our sales team to set up a wholesale account for discounted rates.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within North America typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary based on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized or decorated items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your shipping address or cancel an item.
Are your products pre-shrunk?
Most of our fleece and jersey products are garment-dyed or pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. However, we still recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to maintain the original fit and feel.
